Sobre la imagen anterior: Has olvidado ponerle la licencia

Gracias por subir esta imagen. Las políticas de Commons están pensadas para que este proyecto y el de las wikipedias perdure y no sea atacado por poderes a los que no les interesa nuestra presencia en Internet, a los que no les interesa que la cultura sea libre. Si no procurásemos ser estrictos con los derechos de autor, correríamos el riesgo de que el proyecto se tambalease y/o desapareciese. Por falta de datos obligados, que probablemente no has puesto por desconocimiento, la foto que has subido podría ser borrada en el plazo de una semana.

Paso a explicarte los datos que hacen falta y como incorporarlos

¿Qué debes indicar?

De donde procede la imagen

• Si la imagen es de una página Web, es obligado colocar un enlace (link) al lugar exacto del que se recoge la imagen. Sea cual sea el origen de una imagen, en dicho origen tiene que poner que se permiten las obras derivadas y el uso comercial, a no ser que hayan pasado 70 años de la muerte del autor. Si en el sitio web no aparecen expresos estos conceptos la imagen podrá ser borrada por violación de los derechos de autor

Nota: La legislación internacional (apartado 5.2 do Convenio de Berna) indica que no es preciso ningún requisito para que cualquier obra de una página web tenga copyright. Por lo tanto sólo se pueden subir fotos de aquellos lugares que indiquen explícitamente que las imágenes están en el dominio público y permiten la realización de obras derivadas y el uso comercial.

• si la imagen es de tu propia autoría, indícalo claramente. Si el objeto que fotografías tiene los derechos de autor restringidos (portada de un CD, de libros, programas de tele, pósters,...), tu foto también tiene esos derechos restringidos y no se puede subir a Commons (Commons:Derivative works).

• si la has copiado de otra Wikipedia, coloca un enlace exacto a la página de información de la imagen original. No basta decir solamente que la imagen se tomó de "otra Wikipedia"; es necesario indicar el lugar exacto. Ten en cuenta también que algunas otras Wikipedias, como la inglesa, admiten imágenes bajo la cláusula de fair use que aquí no son aceptables por cuestiones legales.

¿Cuál es la licencia de la imagen?

• Si la imagen la has hecho tú, debes utilizar una de las admitidas y expresadas en Commons:Selector de licencias y Commons:Sobre las licencias, por ejemplo {{GFDL-self}} o {{PD-self}}.

• En caso de que sea copiada de algún sitio, debes poner la licencia que en ese sitio tenía.

Todas las imágenes que se suben a Commons deben permitir la realización de obras derivadas y el uso comercial. Pero hay más matices, de ahí que haya varias posibles licencias. La licencia PD-self coloca la imagen en el dominio público sin restricciones. En pocas palabras, la licencia GFDL-self obliga a que, si se utiliza la imagen se nombre al autor y el lugar de donde se obtuvo.

¿Cómo indicarlo cuando una imagen ya ha sido subida?

• Accede a tus fotos.

• Una vez que has accedido, haz click en la pestaña editar que está en la parte superior.

• Añade los datos precisos escribiendo en la página que aparece. Recuerda que los datos precisos son el origen de la foto y la licencia. La licencia hay que ponerla entre e paréntesis: {{PD-self}}, {{GFDL-self}}

• Guarda la página

¿Cómo indicarlo cuando vas a subir una imagen?

En el momento de la subida hay una caja en la que puedes escribir que pone Summary. Puedes poner ahí los datos y así no tienes que editar después la foto

OK. Espero que me permitas aconsejarte una cosa. Para que no te marquen las fotos para borrar tienes que aclarar la licencia y el origen de las fotos, las dos cosas. Tus fotos están ahora correctas, pero están correctas para mí que puedo leer español y catalán. Un usuario inglés o alemán podría marcarlas por ausencia de origen. Si no deseas tener problemas, sería conveniente que pusieses en inglés, al menos en las nuevas fotos hechas por ti que subas, self made o own work. No dudes en comentarme cualquier dificultad que tengas.

A continuación te indico, para las fotos hechas por ti, cómo es la tabla con los datos de las imágenes que se recomienda incorporar. Sólo tienes que copiarla al subir una imagen y sustituír lo que está en verde.

Nature of Catalonia i Mountains of Catalonia

No he intentat pas fer això. Només posar als pirineus algunes fotografies dels Pirineus que ho ho deien que ho eren. Si el resultat és el que tu dius haurà estat per error. Ho pots corregir, estic d'acord amb tú. Gràcies per l'avís!--Friviere 19:07, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

Amb el que has afegit ara, entenc que el que he fet amb les muntanyes no queda massa lògic. Però es que com estva abans no em semblava ben ordenat. Per que no fas això que proposes del ca:category:Pirineu Català?--Friviere 19:15, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

Ara ho recordo, a Mountains of Catalonia, no hi eren el Pyrenees, i ho he afegit, no sembla lògic? Llavors he hagut de treure la primera categoria a les que tenien les dues, per que ho diuen les regles de categorització. Sembla correcte no? Si el que es vol es una llista de muntanyes del Pirineu català, caldria crear la categoria. T'asseguro que com estava abans era impossible trobar-les. I encara he afegit la Vall de Boí al Pirineu, i altres que no hi eren! No crec que ho hagis arreglat bé, si has fet el que dius, ho has deixat tot a mitges. Si la feinada que has fet de posar al Pirineu tot el que hi faltava està molt bé, el problema és que en algunes fotos has tret la categoria Mountains of Catalonia (i en una la de Nature of Catalonia), i aquestes categories són útils, potser més útils que la dels Pirineus i tot, que està molt embolicada (de fet, en general, el problema de les categories de commons és que s'hi posa massa coses, com a la viquipèdia anglesa). I el tema de les categories redundants, no crec que aquí s'apliqui, perquè si no ja podríem treure totes les fotos dels Pirineus, que ja deuen ser a les categories de les províncies que també estan dintre de la categoria Pirineus. En tot cas, no té massa lògica entre categories que no són de coses incloses una dins de l'altra sinó que se superposen. Bé, bona nit i bona feina.--Pere prlpz 19:43, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

I have to admit I don't really understand the licenses, in the beginning I only put one and the bots complained. I've changed it so both Permission= and Licence= are {{{PD-self}}}. Un dubte

Pere, què és millor, crear una pàgina o una categoria per a agrupar molts arxius d'un subjecte concret? M'explique: fins ara he creat algunes pàgines com les de Bajoqueta Rock, l'Alcúdia, Nuevo Mester de Juglaría, Sollana o VerdCel perquè hi ha més d'una mà d'arxius per a omplir-la i és cap a on redireccionen les plantilles Commons en la Viquipèdia, però no sé si seria més útil crear categories, ja que veig que ací no existix el requisit d'un mínim per a omplir-les; com ho veus? --Llapissera -> (chalk) 09:28, 22 November 2008 (UTC) P.S: o les dos coses, com en el cas d'Antònia Font?

Val; de totes les maneres, en casos com el d'Antònia Font la pàgina és útil encara que tinga el mateix contingut (o menys) que la categoria, ja que, quan no ho saps, les plantilles de la Viquipèdia t'envien a la pàgina (si existix). Please help replace this outdated license

He anat creant alguns carrers seguint el criteri que hi havia fins ara però tinc el dubte sobre si en alguns casos faria falta afegir la paraula Barcelona perquè hi ha altres ciutats que tenen carrers que comparteixen nom amb els de Barcelona. Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

Hi ha moltes fotos a Category:Cultural heritage monuments in Barcelona que potser només haurien d'estar a la categoria de l'edifici en questió, per evitar redundàncies i per descarregar la categoria mare, massa plena. Sobre el bot

El bot comprueba que las imágenes no estén ya en una subcategoría, Añadió Category:Castell de Miralles porque es una categoría nueva y la lista de subcategorías la creé el día 4. Ya había tenido ese problema con otras categorías nuevas y había añadido unas cuantas a mano. Voy a regenerar la lista completa. He obtenido de nuevo las subcategorías de Category:Cultural heritage monuments in Catalonia.

En tu caso, es posible que te afectaran también algunos fallos iniciales, cuando aún lo estaba probando, pero creo haberlos revertido todos.

La lista que usa es la del ministerio. Puedes verlo más fácil en la copia. Me temo que sí comete semejante error.

Hola, sóc en Jordi, i he rebut el teu missatge sobre les meves fotos per al concurs. Gràcies, la veritat és que ni en 1000 anys hauria sabut com fer-ho! Ara sembla que no he acabat, doncs em demana el codi de país ES-CT, si no vaig errat. El missatge que em surt és: No or incorrect country code indicated in the {{Wiki Loves Monuments 2011}} template.

He posat el codi de país ES-CT enmig del text, a l'apartat de descripció, una mica a sac. S'ha de posar en algun lloc concret? La veritat és que, per als que ens agrada la fotografia i prou, això és una mica complexe... Sort n'hi ha dels taverners!

Sé que hi ha la versió dels Països Catalans (asèpticament anomenada Regió Euromediterrània nosequè, no fos cas que algú sapigués de la nostra existència). A part d'això, si algú té fotos de França nord, d'Anglaterra o d'altres llocs d'Europa, pot participar encara que no sigui ciutadà del país? Gràcies de nou.

Tens raó, ja he tret "Sants Montjuic", que nomes usarem en les fotos dels edificis del recinte de Montjuic. També he tret "Fairs in Barcelona" ja que aquesta categoria les podem usar en les fires individuals. Categories com Tallers 11

Enacara que no calgui desambiguació, per categories de edificis on nomes usem el carrer i número, jo hi afegiria entre parentesi el nom de la ciutat o districte. Així, serà una mica més comprensible per a lectors d'altres països quan trobin aquesta categoria entre les categories suggerides. Per exemple "Tallers 11 (Barcelona)"--Jordiferrer (talk) 15:58, 26 September 2011 (UTC)

Respecte Eixample i Ciutat Vella, existeixen categories amb el mateix nom de districtes de Valencia, i a commons vaog llegir que volen que les categories siguin sempre desambiguades. Respecte "Les Corts", i "Gràcia" és el nom tant del districte com del barri dins del districte, i per això (district) crec que és la millor forma de desambiguar. Respecte a Tallers 11, és un nom que per a la majoria d'usuaris no significa res. No se si això te importància, i si afegir Barcelona és la millor opció. Per a aquests tipus de BCIL, "edificis d'habitatges...", vaig començar a fer categories per carrers, com Category:Cultural heritage monuments in Carrer dels Sombrerers. És més fàcil agrupar-los en una categoria per carrer que resulta més entenedora que fer una categoria per a cada número de casa que desprès queda perduda en la categoria del districte sense identificar clarament un element singular. --V.Riullop (talk) 15:20, 27 September 2011 (UTC)

Em sembla bé fer categories per carrers, però això no treu la utilitat de fer, a més, categories per monument. El que hem fet amb Gran de Gràcia em sembla un bon model.

A Commons cada monument acaba amb un bon grapat de categories, i quan no hi ha una categoria del monument cada foto acaba amb categories diferents que haurien d'anar a totes. L'única manera de coordinar-ho és una categoria del monument.

En general jo faig primer les categories de cada monument i després les del carrer. Potser en carrer com Consolat de Mar, amb molts monuments poc diferents i moltes fotos amb més d'un monument a la vegada, seria més pràctic fer-ho a l'inrevés.

Només em queda el dubte de si la categoria del carrer i la de monuments del carrer no es fan nosa. A Category:Carrer Tallers, per exemple, només hi ha monuments.--Pere prlpz (talk) 15:43, 27 September 2011 (UTC)

Añadiendo subcategorías

El bot no quita ninguna categoría excepto Cultural heritage monuments in Spain (en cuyo caso siempre añade la categoría). Calcula una categoría adecuada para la imagen basada en el id (hay unos pocos que conoce explícitamente, en otros casos lo toma a partir de la provincia y en otros mira {{commonscat}} en las listas). Si la imagen ya está en ella o en una subcategoría, no hace nada, y sino lo añade. No lee como tales las categorías presentes en la página. Podría estar bien, aunque seguramente ya no merece la pena añadirlo. Platonides (talk) 20:07, 30 September 2011 (UTC)

1) El codi és una informació més per a la imatge, però també és una feinada que no cal si ja està identificat a la categoria. A ca:Viquiprojecte:Monuments/Imatges sense codi només comprovo les imatges que s'estan utilitzant en llistes. 2) N'hi ha que tenen pinta de monuments, o estranya que no ho siguin. Ja sortiran més endavant si és que aconseguim ampliar els BCIL. 3) El Parc de la Ciutadella és un dels 5 jardins històrics de Catalunya, amb codi RI-52-0000030, però com tots els jardins i conjunts històrics tenen un problema d'indefinició per saber si una palmera és patrimoni cultural o no. --V.Riullop (talk) 16:05, 6 December 2011 (UTC)

Hola, les dues primeres si que són del carrer Cavallers però em sembla que no és cap edifici protegit. Ja que estem cree la categoria Carrer dels Cavallers (València), no?
